Wow! There are some fantastic updates for GripStrips that we are so excited to share with you!
About a month ago, we got a call from Kevin Harrington’s people - yes, that’s THE Kevin Harrington, king of informercials and one of the original Shark Tank investors. They came across GripStrips and found a great fit with our young company and our unique product line. One of the things that jumped out at them was that our GripStrips are an easy and affordable solution to a common problem for homeowners, business owners and builders alike. So … they offered to produce an informercial for us and, of course, we said yes!
As a result of this great opportunity, our yet-to-be-filmed infomercial will air 200 times over the fall/Christmas season on several US networks of our choice, and also be available on the As Seen On TV website for a year. We’ve also been invited to go to Florida in September as part of a small group of inventors to meet Kevin Harrington and his panel of professionals, who will be giving out much-appreciated advice and ideas on all-things marketing, distribution and more. This would be a really great opportunity for us - as a small family-owned and operated business, we are still learning the ropes and would be thrilled to have such access to industry experts!
All of this ties in nicely with other big growth areas we’ve seen over the last few months, including a boosted production mould that will double yield of our 32” strips. This updated mould not only means more strips, but more colour and pattern options as well.
