All orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $75 are free shipping, order
under $75 will use an automatic shipping calculator for USPS to determine rate.
Product ships from Chattanooga, TN and can take 1-7 business days depending on location – most
locations will be reached within 3 business days. Holidays may see delays with increased volumes among
carriers.
We stand behind our product and if there is an error in the order, or the product arrives damaged or
defective we will replace or refund promptly. Returns are not prepaid, to receive a refund the product
